Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation: Orders for fertilizers, seeds, and other agricultural products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
2. Customers are advised to carefully verify the product, quantity, and delivery details before placing the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. No Return or Exchange: Fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or improperly stored after delivery.
3. In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. The issue will be reviewed and resolved on a case-to-case basis.
4. Seed germination and crop performance may vary depending on soil, climate, irrigation, storage, cultivation practices, and other environmental conditions. Therefore, germination or crop performance is not eligible for return or refund.
5. Refunds or replacements, if approved, will be provided only after verification by our team.
